MOHMAND AGENCY: A hand grenade attack on a house in Mohmand Agency leaves a woman dead and four other people injured, Express News reported on Tuesday.
Two children were among the injured.
The incident took place in the Sheikh Baba area of Safi tehsil in the agency.
