4 dead, 40 injured as coach collides with truck in Kashmore

The injured were rushed to a hospital for treatment.

KASHMORE: Four people were killed and 40 others injured when a Karachi-bound passenger coach collided with a truck on Indus Highway on Saturday.

The incident took place at Malik roundabout in Kashmore district. The coach was en route to Karachi from Peshawar.

The injured were rushed to a hospital for treatment.

Pakistan has one of the world’s worst records for fatal traffic accidents, blamed on poor roads, badly maintained vehicles and reckless driving.
