PESHAWAR: The teenage brother of the Human Rights Commission of Pakistan’s (HRCP) vice-chairman was kidnapped from Hayatabad phase VI late Thursday night. “We have been told that Naveed Orakzai, 19, is the brother of HRCP Vice-Chairman Muhammad Saif Orakzai,” said an official of Tatara police station. He said Naveed was in his car when three men intercepted the vehicle, took him hostage at gunpoint and whisked him away in his own vehicle.
