Denying any knowledge of a possible suspension of PTI’s tsunami, Qadri added that his revolution will not be suspended at any cost. He further added that the PTI tsunami is a small component of his party’s revolution.
“I cannot understand the move of tsunami and Khan sahab can tell better about it. What I want to say is that there is no chance of deferring our revolution.”
While addressing a press conference at Minhajul Quran Secretariat, he said that he is in direct contact with the representatives of his party to finalise the date of the revolution.
The PAT chief said that he has heard that the PTI chief Imran Khan wants to bring reforms in the electoral process but said that the agenda of PAT revolution is much bigger than that. Adding that electoral reforms cannot change the system, he said even changing the election commissioner cannot bring a difference, alleging that the Sharif brothers will buy the election commission again and the poor will keep waiting for their constitutional rights.
Qadri said according to the preamble of the constitution, people of Pakistan are the real rulers of the state and have the right to choose rulers of their choice. Thus, the rulers are responsible for providing basic necessities of life and means of earning to them. Saying that the present rulers have failed to meet these constitutional duties, Qadri declared their presence as illegal, unconstitutional and unethical.
Model Town Clashes
Talking about the judicial tribunal probing into the Model Town clashes between his supporters and the police, Qadri said that since the beginning he had rejected the constitution of the judicial tribunal thus, it holds no importance.
Qadri further alleged that the tribunal was continuing 'one-sided proceedings' after their boycott. Clarifying that he did not doubt the judge, he said that the tribunal could be fair had Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif been removed from his position as under him no action can be taken on merit.
The PAT chief told Justice Ali Baqar Najfi, head of the tribunal that if the chief minister, his chief secretary, home secretary, IG police, DIG, SSP and all others in command on the day of the clashes are removed from their posts he would appear before the tribunal.
The PAT chief said since the tribunal summoned conversation records of Shahbaz with other officers, the Punjab government has also lost confidence in the tribunal. He said the government has removed tribunal’s secretary to instate someone who will favour them and said that the next step will be the removal of the tribunal.
“Tribunal should have ordered for registration of FIR on the complaint of PAT supporters,” he said. He said that on June 20 the Punjab home department gave the tribunal the mandate of finding those responsible of the incident but in a later notification issued on June 27 the home department withdrew this mandate from the tribunal. Qadri said the that tribunal should have resigned then.

@Invisibility: And, so where is their morality?
Invisibly or not so invisibly some commentators are supporting Qadri just because their party is.
"…he is citing the American Revolution as an exception, which “does not quite follow this pattern”. (p. 24 of the Anatomy of Revolution.) This your paraphrase from Wikipedia article on Crane Brinton's The Anatomy of Revolution, which shows that unless one reads the whole book one is unlikely to truly appreciate the conditions of the British, Russian, and particularly French revolution, the American Revolution being an exception. Thus any comparisons with conditions in Pakistan are unlikely to be salient.
A superficial "analysis" would show that Pakistan has conditions ripe for a revolution and this is not the case. For example, Pakistan does not have any philosophers to guide the revolution, like France had, including Voltaire, and more particularly, Rousseau. Further, Pakistanis are not fully geared/organized/conscious to uproot feudalism nor is there any spontaneous uprising against the rule of the feudal class. The "clergy" in Pakistan is divided, among sects, and although it influences the State it is not a dominant/controller of the State (nor should be.) On the contrary, Qadri being a cleric is trying to increase his clerical influence to span politics, which is an example of regressive politics, not revolutionary. As regards, the third force, which actually should be termed the first force, that is the monarchy, it does not exist in Pakistan. Fiscal and economic conditions in Pakistan are pretty bad and they can create antecedents for a revolution but there is the IMF and the US which are likely to bail out Pakistan out of difficult conditions because it is in their interests to keep Pakistan away from extremism.
@Coup de'atat: Brinton has cited four revolutions, and although he says that "three of the four (the English, French and Russian) began "in hope and moderation", reached "a crisis in a reign of terror," and ended "in something like dictatorship — Cromwell, Bonaparte, Stalin", he is citing the American Revolution as an exception, which "does not quite follow this pattern". (p. 24 of The Anatomy of Revolution.) Pakistan surely has many of the conditions that is a fertile ground for a Revolution. Whether TUQ is instrumental in creating the genesis of one, only time will tell. His temporary sojourn in Canada and his tax returns are non-issues. Among all the political figures in Pakistan, Qadri is a firebrand orator and is capable of moving the public; factors that are quiet consequential in rallying the public.
He is one of the four stogies in Pakistan politics the others are Imran khan , Sheikh Rasid and the Chaudries. I would like to request these four stogies for God sake forgive Pakistan and let the democracy prevail other wise we have seen what had happened in Iraq , Syria and Libya.
@mohammad shamim khan: Please read your comment before you post it. Check the spelling and all i's and dot. As for your comment is concerned, you have the right to dream. You make sure that your leader is not dishonest. So ask him to release his last ten yrs tax returns. If he does not release those returns, he is dishonest unless proven otherwise.

When will start talking sensibly.....
Qadri is creating mayhem to pave the way for a coup, which is not a revolution. See: Crane Brinton: The Anatomy of Revolution.
Before this talk of revolution, Mr Qadri should release tax returns for the last ten yrs which he filed with Canadian tax dept. Also he should release the list of assets under his name and under his spouse including under his children name.this should include both domestic and foreign assets and accounts. This will be the first litmus test about his sincerity.Otherwise it is just the talk and talk of revolution.
Keep it up....Qadri sahib.
you just lost all your respect mate. Good luck
@Mohammad: You saw how calls for Inquilab in Arab countries only made more misery - look at Libya, Egypt, Syria etc. Why can't Muslim people learn to work within a system and improve things according to law and order and system. Look at Tahirul Qadri himself. He ran away to Canada to claim asylum. He had to swear oath of allegiance to British Queen and promise to uphold and respect constitution and laws of Canada. Then why must he come to Pakistan to defame constitution and laws of this country? He is no man to be leading any revolution but he should be arrested and charged with inciting violence and mischief. Inshallah people of Pakistan will see this man for the trickster he is who travels on first class airline tickets while he pays no tax in Canada and pays hardly $300 dollars in Pakistan.
imported-businessclass-airconditoned/heated-bulletproof-mulla revolution.
Mr INQILAB FIRST give up Canadian nationality and prove that you are a pakistani than talk about this INQILAB . I have been hearing your INQILAB since I was a little boy with Zia than with Musharraf and than against zardari and now shareefs and in future against IK . Stop rotting ur poor innocent followers.
@Mohammad: Sir, ours is a democratic country and in democracy change comes through vote only. Revolutions and change through violence is unacceptable in democratic society. If you want change, bring it through vote. Those who cannot use power of vote, don't deserve any revolution.
Inshallah on the 14th of August we will reclaim Pakistan from Shareef Khandan. Inshallah.
In sha Allah Inqliab will come for the betterment of Pakistan and justice will be served.
TQ, neither you nor Ik are poor.
