ASWJ leaders: SHO booked in target killing

KARACHI: Police have booked SHO PIB Colony over his alleged involvement on the killing of two Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat activists. Two local ASWJ leaders were shot dead in an act of target killing in Karnal Basti area near Old Sabzi Mandi within the limits of PIB Colony police station on Sunday. The victims were identified as Qari Abdul Raheem, who was the prayer leader and his companion Noor Zaman Shah. The killings had sparked violence as hundreds of people gathered on main University Road near Old Sabzi Mandi area and blocked the road.
