Burglary: Thieves strike at two places

The police registered separate cases under the relevant laws.

RAWAT: Thieves struck two separate places in Rawat. In the first incident, thieves broke into the house of Arshad Mehmood, a native of Sargodha, and took away Rs890,000 in cash, a CD player and other valuables. Mehmood told the local police he was sleeping on the roof of his house when unidentified men entered his room by breaking locks and looted cash and valuables.  Meanwhile, a man was booked for allegedly stealing goats in Bhadana. Muhammad Akbar lodged a report with the same police that Muhammad Bashir allegedly stole four goats from his cattle pen. The police registered separate cases under the relevant laws.
