ISLAMABAD: The CDA Training Academy on Wednesday completed its second capacity building course for its employees. Former CDA chairman Imtiaz Inayat Elahi was the chief guest at a certificate distribution ceremony for participants of the “Office Orientation and Capacity Building Course”. Elahi said the revival of the CDA Training Academy was a step in the right direction. He said training institutions constitute the backbone of an organization and that trained employees would help boost the CDA’s performance. CDA Academy Executive Director General Sanaullah Aman said the authority would gradually expand the sphere of training. He said training sessions would be conducted for all employees, regardless of grade or position. “Training is the only way to change behaviour and CDA employees equipped with training will contribute positively for the authority and its goodwill,” Sanaullah said.
