You don't use the word 'spotted' if you saw her on the red carpet at a planned celebrity event. "Spotting" a celebrity is used in the event that you saw them somewhere unexpectedly...think paparazzi. It's so funny to me how y'all misuse terms commonly used in the West.
P.S. Same goes for 'street style'. You can't use the term for a red carpet look. Nit picky perhaps, but if you're going to use them, do it correctly!
