Discussing security: Afghan envoy meets Gen Raheel

Pakistan pushing Afghan authorities to seal borders along North Waziristan in order to deny safe exit to militants.

ISLAMABAD: Afghan Ambassador to Pakistan Janan Mosazai met army chief General Raheel Sharif at the General Headquarters in Rawalpindi on Wednesday.

According to ISPR, during the meeting ongoing operation in North Waziristan Agency and matters of mutual interest including measures to improve security along Pak-Afghan border were discussed.

Pakistan is pushing the Afghan authorities to seal borders along the North Waziristan in order to deny any safe exit to militants.
