Where on earth Muslims are happy, in Islamic countries or Non-Islamic countries
what is mass trooper manning doing on an india website? twinkie fest?
I take all responses to my comment in the correct spirit. To all those who have been hurt, I would say I am deeply sorry.
@A Pakistanist, I appreciate your comments very sincerely.
@Ali:
While Raj gave into blind speculation, I honestly find your comment more disturbing, if not, harmful and dividing. Claiming Norwegian Muslims as abusing democracy, the very same claim made by Norwegian/Euro rightwingers for their attacks, while being in denial of the crisis of Muslims fighting of their own accord, in Pakistan or Iraq, and conclude it as an Indian conspiracy instead....seriously?
@Raj - USA:
Raj , I know you to be a good and thoughtful person , even for Pakistan's cause.
Religion is a sensitive topic , you are wise enough to not mess with the subject. Although what you said was very normal , still you know hows it like in India and Pakistan when it comes to religion.
@Ali: Raj could be wrong..But take a look at what's happening in Iraq..Hundreds executed in cold blood!! All in the name of Religion..Funnily, same religion..Do you think India is involved there?
So why can't we suspect sectarianism here?
Cheers!!
The name of the mosque is intriguing. Jamaat Ahle Sunnat Mosque. Not, something like the Islamic Center or the Central Mosque. Oslo seems to be a like a part of Lahore.
The attack is deplorable because it hurt a human being but why does a place like Oslo need an Imam?
Shia-Sunni violence. Or some salafist finding the imam too 'soft'.
Raj, there are no secterian tensions among Muslims here in Norway, not among the Muslim leaders and not among the Muslim public either. Muslim leaders of all various Mosques have been visiting the imam to pay their respect.
Stop being so negative,
AXE attack?? Somebody sprayed deodorant on him???
@Ali: I have a feeling that the attacker could be a muslim himself.
However, if what you say is true, i.e., the attacker was a Norwegian nationalist who was sick of muslims abusing Norway's democracy, then it is even more worse for muslims.
@Raj - Usa
Dear pakistanis, what raj has done above is exactly how indians divide and rule. Make Muslims fight. when the fact of the matter is norwegian nationalist parties are sick of muslims abusing norways democracy and it has nothing to do with sectarianism
"Nehma Ali Shah was attacked as he returned home from the Central Jamaat Ahle Sunnat mosque late on Monday, the Aftenposten daily reported."
Attack on the imam could be sectarian.
Really sad. Not all Muslims are a threat. People should control their paranoia.
Why is that I am not surprised.
Now that is a true terrorist. Genuine , since made in the West ....
