Regarding trade with Canada, he said that Pakistan and Canada could collaborate in many fields including agriculture, livestock and energy. He said that Pakistan was facing energy problems and this shortage could be minimised with solar and wind energy. However, he was of the view that Pakistan should also encourage research in these fields. He said that more than 300,000 Pakistani are working in Canada who could also invest in Pakistan.
