Shoot on sight: Driver killed for entering no-go area

Police opened fire at rickshaw, killing the driver on the spot.

DI KHAN: A police constable deployed as a guard opened fire at a rickshaw driver in the limits of Dera Town, DI Khan on Friday. A police official said the guard, Muhammad Shahid, tried to stop the rickshaw driver, identified as Safirullah, from entering a no-go area but the driver did not stop. Shahid then opened fire at him, killing Safirullah on the spot. The police constable was arrested after the incident.
