PCB hires Grant Luden as trainer and fielding coach

KARACHI: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has agreed terms with South Africa born Grant Luden and hired him as the trainer and fielding coach of the national team.

Pakistan’s team management has been undergoing a major revamp after World Twenty20 debacle where Pakistan failed to qualify for semifinals.

His appointment came after the hiring of head coach Waqar Younis, Spin consultant Mushtaq Ahmed and batting coach Grant Flower.

The Express Tribune has earlier reported that Luden has become a front runner for fielding coach due to his diverse skills of delivering in more than one field.

“Grant Luden has signed up with PCB as training/fielding coach,” PCB chairman Najam Sethi said.
