The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has found evidence of their involvement in the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) corruption scandal. They had previously issued legal notices to both Yousaf Raza Gilani and Makhdoom Amin Faheem but neither had responded.
The FIA submitted a challan today in Karachi and Judge Mohammad Azeem issued the non-bailable warrants for them.
TDAP corruption case
Gilani and Fahim had been accused of involvement in a seven-billion-rupee financial scam in TDAP. Muhammad Firdous, the key accused, has turned approver against the former prime minister and former federal minister.
The Federal Investigating Agency (FIA) has registered more than 65 cases in the freight subsidy financial scandal while dozens of officers, including two former TDAP chiefs, owners of the bogus companies and brokers who were front men, have been arrested.

How many times these courts and higher courts have ordered the usurper Gen to appear but he did not. Why is he not arrested and put in jail? Are the laws only applicable to people without guns? Put all of them in jail and treat them equal.

@riz: For your kind information he has already served jail for years for his loyalty to his party and he belongs to a party that has sacrificed two party heads for the democracy. How many Generals have served jail? Do you have any data? It is sad to see people like you who always demote promoters of democracy.
Our judiciary is only for show and our accountability system is a joke.....so if they walk free, no one will be surprised.

Again, this is such a waste of time and a total drama. We all know that Gillani and Fahim will buy their way out of trouble by pleading ignorance and paying off the FIA to manipulate the evidence to junior officers or fall guys while both Gillani and Fahim rest in their palaces in Dubai and the UK. Fahim is still walking free despite his involvement in NICL scam, let alone TDAP. Same goes for Gillani who was the most corrupt PM in history.

This order is only symbolic. No one can touch Gillani because law is applicable to poor only in Pakistan.
Hundreds of billions of rupees can be squeezed out of these jumbo corrupts who looted the country to total destruction during their all out looting spree from 2008-13 that still continues in the sinned province particularly the wadera occupied Karachi

Awesome! Make an example out of them to earn respect within and outside the country. Ordinary people want this country to be changed for their future generation and this will only happen when corrupt and resourceful people like Gilani are brought to justice.
