Added Service: PCAA introduce toll-free number
Passengers will be able to enquire about flight information and lodge their complaints by calling free of charge.
KARACHI:
The Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) has introduced a 24-hour toll-free number through which the passengers will be able to enquire about flight information and lodge their complaints and suggestions by calling free of charge. The toll-free number is 080000114. All complaints and suggestions can be lodged on the PCAA website.
