New Facility: CAA introduces toll-free number

Call 0800-00114 free of cost.

The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) introduces a 24-hour toll-free number for the convenience of passengers, said a press release issued by the authority here on Thursday.

The passengers will be able to enquire about the flight information and lodge their complaints and give suggestions by calling at 0800-00114 free of cost. The facility of lodging complaints and suggestions is also available at the CAA website www.caapakistan.com.pk., (http://www.caapakistan.com.pk.,) the press release added.
