Balochistan unrest: Five killed in separate incidents

Woman succumbed to her wounds on way to Quetta for treatment.

QUETTA: Four people were killed in separate incidents of firing in Balochistan on Wednesday, while a woman died of burn injuries in Chagai district. According to Balochistan Levies, a man identified as Nisar Ahmed was gunned down in Pir Agha Ziarat area of Chaman. In Naseerabad district a man shot dead his wife in Ghot Zahid Khan Umerani and fled, police said. Meanwhile, a man identified as Abdul Latif was killed and another injured when unidentified assailants on motorcycle opened fire at them in Mashkail Tehsil of Washuk district. In Chagai district, a woman suffered serious burn injuries when her clothes caught fire while working in the kitchen. She succumbed to her wounds on way to Quetta for treatment.
