IHC Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui remarked the authorities were least interested in the future of young generation.
The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has summoned the registrar of the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) to explain the delay in the start of the new academic session in several medical colleges. The petitioner, Zaib Nazir, said that classes have not begun in medical colleges despite the fact that the final merit list of successful students was displayed six months back. IHC Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui remarked the authorities were least interested in the future of the young generation. The court adjourned the matter till the next hearing to be fixed by the court registrar, after issuing a notice to PMDC Registrar Raja Amjad Mehmood.
