A Saddar police spokesman said Muhammad Shahid* suspected that his wife Amina* had an affair. He said on Monday Shahid quarrelled with her and then shot her. She died instantly.
Saddar police arrested the man and recovered the murder weapon. Police said the man had confessed to the killing.
