SUKKUR:

The Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Sukkur, had its moment of pride when its team 'Zarai Otaq' secured the second position at the 'Prime Minister's Entrepreneurial Challenge - Discover Prosperity through Entrepreneurship', hosted by the National University of Science and Technology.

At the convocation ceremony, President Mamnoon Hussain awarded cash prizes of Rs300,000 to all the students of the winning teams.

From a pool of 2,000 student teams, 60 were selected and asked to send business plans of their respective business ideas.

Top 10 teams were then selected on the basis of the best business plan and realistic ideas. This led to another intense round where the teams were cut down to five. One of those was IBA Sukkur’s Zarai Otaq.

Teams from NUST secured the first and third positions.
