Pay up: HESCO cuts power supply to 55 villages

NAWABSHAH: Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (Hesco) has disconnected power supply to more than 55 villages over unpaid bills.

According to Hesco officials, the recovery campaign was launched on the directives of the authorities. They said that over Rs55 million were outstanding against these villages. Over 700 electricity connections were also disconnected in Muzzamil Town, Taj Colony and Nara Colony.
