Zeeshan murder case: Court orders proclamation of absconder

The judge extended the interim bail granted earlier to the Rangers official, Rahim Noor, for a day.

KARACHI:

A district and sessions court issued directions on Tuesday to initiate proclamation proceedings against a woman in her husband’s murder case.

Fida Hussain Abbasi, a judicial magistrate in district Central, issued notices to start proceedings against the suspect in the Zeeshan murder case. Zeeshan was shot by a Rangers official when he was engaged in a brawl with his wife, Shafia, near Nagan Chowrangi on February 28.

The additional district and sessions judge in district Central, Rashida Siddiqui, also extended the interim bail granted earlier to the Rangers official, Rahim Noor, for a day.
