Chaudhry was talking to the media after attending a function of the Islamabad Bar Asssociation.
He emphasised that the judiciary and defence are two essential institutions of the Constitution and both of them play key roles individually. He added that no one has the right to comment on them.
The former chief justice said that the judiciary is struggling to retain justice in the country and said that it will continue to avoid clashes between institutions within the Constitution.
Furthermore, he took the opportunity to say that the Supreme Court has nothing to do with the appointment of returning officers of the Election Commission.
