Daylight robbery: Gold stolen from house

RAWALPINDI: Four armed robbers barged into a house in Gulistan Colony and made off with cash and valuables worth over a million in the jurisdiction of Civil Lines Police Station on Thursday. The police said the robbers broke into the house of retired army officer, Ajmal Khan, during the day and made away with Rs125, 000, two laptops, 200 grams of gold, a video camera and a licensed pistol. The police said the robbers had covered their faces. A case was registered against unidentified robbers.
