Delinquency: Fesco meter inspector suspended

Fesco CEO has suspended the Bakar Mandi sub division meter inspector on charges of delinquency and lethargy.

FAISALABAD: The Faisalabad Electric Supply Company chief executive officer has suspended the Bakar Mandi sub division meter inspector on charges of delinquency and lethargy. “There is no room for black sheep in the department,” he said. The CEO was presiding over a review meeting at the FESCO headquarters on Tuesday. He said FESCO’s customers were its most precious asset and all officers and officials should try their best to serve them. He said power pilferage was the main reason behind low revenue and increase in line loses. He said the department’s campaign against power pilferage was in full swing.
