Pakistan army is structured as a colonial force which answers to no one but the Queen of England, who is the head of the commonwealth. It uses military force which is a valid response against the foreign enemy but defined as out of proprtion when used agavil its own citizens, a marshal law, not the criminal or civil law per say. It has been operating outside the limits of Pakistan written constitution. This must be corrected inorder to prevent the next coup. FATA is the autonomous region and not a part of Pakistan, since its people throughout the period of Indian colonial Raj have defended their independence, and was not a privy either in the creation of Pakistan, whose Government taking over the role of the Brits. Pakistan is obliged to pay regular tributes to the Tribes who had allowed a narrow strip of roads in their land. Knowledge is not only a virtue but power as well. Rex Minor
Anjaan | 10 years ago | Reply @ Assad, There is no falsehood ... it is plain truth, which everyone in Pakistan and beyond knows, that the Pakistani Army is the real center of power in Pakistan, which reports to none ... the democratically elected Govt. and the judiciary are simply baby steps towards a credible democracy in Pakistan ... !!
