Medical education: AIMC stopped from charging $10,000
Counsel for the students says the fee had been reduced to $5,000 per student.
LAHORE:
The Lahore High Court on Monday restrained Allama Iqbal Medical College from collecting $10,000 from foreign students under the head of fee and endowment fund. Counsel for the students said the fee had been reduced to $5,000 per student. He said the AIMC was asking for $10,000 in violation of the court’s order. The court directed the students to deposit $5000 each to the deputy judicial registrar.
