Personal enmity?: Six members of a family kidnapped

Three months ago, three men of the family were held at gunpoint, kidnapped and released after ransom was paid.

PESHAWAR: Six people of a family were kidnapped by unidentified men from a hujra in Omarabad, Zangal Neher, within the jurisdiction of Badhaber police station on Friday night. While talking to The Express Tribune, a local elder said all the six men were relatives and they were in the hujra when armed men barged in. He added that this was the second time members of the same family were kidnapped. Three months ago, three men of the family were held at gunpoint, kidnapped and then released after the ransom was paid. The police said they had been informed about the incident by a resident but the family members had not yet registered an FIR.
