Speeding: Boy killed in accident

Shahzad Town police apprehend two persons — Qaisar and Babar — on theft charges.

ISLAMABAD: A minor boy was killed in an accident on Islamabad Highway on Friday.  The five-year old boy Abdul Wahid was crossing the highway near Darbar Baba Boota when a speeding car hit him and he died on the spot. People gathered at the scene, grabbed the car driver and handed him over to the police. However, the Shahzad Town Police have not registered a case against him till the filing of this story. Meanwhile Shahzad Town police apprehended two persons — Qaisar and Babar — on theft charges.
