Magnitude of the earthquake shock with the NDMA is the outocme of global climate change, affecting Tsunami etc. An indicator to our planners/developers of cities to consider the construction and regulation of construction to counter the outcome of such happenings. Suggest the authorities and the Ministry of Housing & Works should offer incentive, subsidies to low cost housing in the budget which is coming in the next few weeks. This is very important in view of the damage to human life, capital, real estate and the national wealth to be managed by the global community. This initiative will encourage FDI in Pakistan as well.
