Property dispute: SHO’s comments sought on plea

Rana Amjad filed a complaint with Sabzazar police station against Zaheer, Zafar, Zubair, Shakeel, Shoaib and others.

LAHORE: Additional District and Sessions Judge Malik Tariq Mehmood Zargham on Saturday sought the Sabzazar SHO’s comments by March 12 on a petition seeking the arrest of the nominated suspects in an FIR against Orient Lab owners for illegally constructing a wall on the petitioner’s property.

Rana Amjad filed a complaint with Sabzazar police station against Zaheer Iqbal, Zafar Iqbal, Zubair Iqbal,  Shakeel, Shoaib and others.

He told the court that he an FIR was registered on November 25, 2013. He said three of the accused were on bail, but police officials had not arrested Shakeel and Shoaib.
