RAWALPINDI: Customs officials at the Benazir Bhutto International Airport foiled a bid to smuggle heroin to Greece on Saturday, Express News reported.

A man, identified as Ali Asghar, was trying to smuggle seven kilogrammes of heroin but was caught by customs officials.

The Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) and the Airport Security Force (ASF) counters had cleared the man's luggage before he proceeded towards customs.

With the help of scanners, customs was able to find the heroin hidden in secret pockets of Asghar's baggage.
