The dynamic duo beat the top seeded Serbian pair of Daniel Nestor and Nenad Zimonjic 6-4, 6-3 in straight sets.
Earlier, Rohan and Aisam defeated Bednarek and Dlouhy 6-2, 6-0 in the semi-finals.
The two had suffered an early setback during the quarter finals, losing the first set 5-7 to the powerful tennis duo of Mahesh Bhupathi (India) and Denis Istomin (Uzbekistan).
However, they rallied back 7-6(3), 10-7 through a super tie breaker to clinch the tie.
Top seeds Nestor and Zimonjic had beaten the German pair of Daniel Brands and Florian Mayer in the semi-final 7-6 (4), 7-6 (8).
