KARACHI: All CNG stations will remain closed throughout Sindh, including Karachi, from Monday morning to Tuesday morning, said the All Pakistan CNG Association’s (APCNGA-Sindh) chairperson Shabbir Sulemanjee. In an announcement on Sunday, he warned that CNG stations found operating during this period will have their gas supply disconnected. APCNGA chief for Sindh said it is important to manage gas as its availability has decreased. The owners of CNG stations have also been advised that as a practice they should not fill CNG in such vehicles, where safety of installation of CNG cylinders is not ensured.
