Tragedy: Man shot dead over petty issue

Police sources said that the fatal accident took place over refusal to change the TV channel.

ISLAMABAD: A man was shot dead by his co-worker over a petty dispute in Koral on Thursday. Police sources said that the fatal accident took place over refusal to change the TV channel. Muhammad Hanif lodged a report with the local police that Ameer Muawiya allegedly killed Muhammad Umair at their room for refusing to change the TV channel. Umair was watching a move when Ameer asked him to switch the channel, and he shot him dead him when he refused to do so. The suspected man managed to flee, leaving his weapon behind.
