Non-issuance of salaries: Protest against DEO on corruption

NOWSHERA/ NOWSHERA\: All Teachers Association Nowshera protested on GT Road on Wednesday against the non-issuance of salaries according to their grade. Led by president of the association, Faiqzada Kakakhel, the protestors blocked the road for two hours. Addressing the rally, Kakakhel said some of the teachers who were promoted to grade-15 were not getting paid accordingly and alleged Assistant District Education Officer (DEO) Saleem and DEO Uzair were using delaying tactics to avoid paying salaries. He said despite an earlier enquiry conducted against them, the accused were still continuing their corrupt activities.
