The Charge Sheet
Hair and Make-up
Headey’s top knot looks unkempt and messy, not in a good way. Her blush is too harsh and her lipstick looks like it was hand-picked to match the exact colour of her outfit. There are too many things wrong with this entire look.
Outfit
Those horrendous stripes and that awful colour…we don’t know where to begin. Headey wore a Jenny Packham dress to the awards ceremony. We think she should have another ceremony just to set fire to it. And string up the leftover rags at King’s Landing. While the cut of the dress, along with the halter neck, is pleasing, the stripes are just not working. The shimmery blue and orange do not make a good combination either. All in all, there is absolutely nothing red carpet savvy about this dress. A costume from the show would have sufficed instead.
Shoes and Accessories:
The actor kept things minimalistic (thank goodness) with some chunky rings and tear drop earrings. Both good choices, as anything else would have been too overwhelming.
Bail out!
Blake Lively
This bombshell looks good in everything and anything, and this Zuhair Murad striped number is no different. We love how the stripes in different directions, accentuate her physique flawlessly.
Gemma Arterton
This British starlet, known for her role in the Prince of Persia, looks like a doll in this black and nude Celia Kritharioti dress. We love the combination of velvet and sheer fabric, and her hair and make-up are both impeccable.
Rumer Willis
Bruce’s little girl is all grown up, and we approve! The star spawn looked absolutely breath-taking in this striped, sparkly Alice and Olivia gown. Stripes don’t necessarily have to make you look like you belong behind bars (though Lena definitely does in her look).
