In cold blood: Young man found murdered

HARIPUR: Unidentified men slit the throat of a young man in Serai Saleh on Sunday, said the police. They added Arshad Mehmood of Serai Saleh claimed that his 24-year-old cousin, Waqas, was looking after his agricultural fields. On Saturday afternoon, he left home without telling his mother where he was going and did not return. The family searched for him, but his mobile phone was switched off. A day later, his body was found in a field near the village. According to the autopsy report, the murderer slit his throat. The family has not named any suspects yet.
