"PTI is a party that wants to unite Pakistan," he said during his address at the jalsa in Umerkot.
The PTI chief also apologised to the people of Sindh for not carrying forward the 'tsunami' that began before the May 11 elections but stopped in Punjab.
"I apologise that I neglected you, I will make amends, I will go to every district of Sindh," he said.
Speaking about the Kalabagh Dam, Imran stated "till all provinces don't benefit from it, it should not be constructed."
He also stated that the people of Umerkot should visit K-P and witness the change that has taken place in the past six months.
He went on to say that K-P is the only province in Pakistan that is free from any political interference in police matters.
Imran also commented on the May 11, 2013 elections.
He stated that immense rigging took place and there was 'match fixing' within every province and each province had its own 'umpire' respectively.
"We (PTI) accepted the May 11 elections, but we will not accept rigging again," Imran said.
He also stated that if rigging takes place within the local elections, people will come out on the streets and protest.

@Adil Uddin: You are right. IK has shown such overt contempt for years for Karachites that it feels difficult to let him in, more recently the SLGA was not vocally rejected as should have been. PTI perhaps stood a chance if they had the good of Karachites central to their politics in SINDH.
@Nihal: what about the extortions they have already collected. they are the pioneer in introducing bhata system in karachi
@Ahmed: Please continue deluding yourself about PTI taking over the MQM. It won't happen!
PTI's support is limited to the burger class of Karachi. The rest of Karachi will stick to the parties that supports it at the grassroots levels. This primarily is the MQM, PPP and ANP.
Yes PTI wants to unite Pakistan but under the TTP banner!
@a resident of Sindh 2:
But urban Sindh is also a part of Pakistan and PTI is indeed a national political party of the country. Imran Khan and his party survived with losses and failures for 15 years and finally its magnitude was felt in 2013. So do you mean to say that its wrong to never give up. As a response, MQM is also welcome to introduce their manifesto in other parts of Pakistan, I think they already showed interest in contesting in Punjab, PTI has got no problem with that.
Why is PTI bothered about Urban Sindh, why do they keep knocking our door?. Didnt they get our response was loud and clear in the by elections? Army, in and outside the polling booths and MQM won.
I will never ever vote for MRA (MQM). They tortured so many people of my area. I lived in Nazimabad. PTI is the only hope to wipe out corruption, extortion and gunda gardi.
@Jawan: He doesnot have a magic wand to fix everything at once. He is trying his best and people of KPK are starting to see the change. Havent you watched Kashif Abbasi's visit to KPK and interview with the people. Don't be ignorant and open you mind.
If MQM stop collecting extortion, I will vote to MQM.
@ali ahmed: What a co-incidence that my father and all aunts and uncles who support MQM also bring in that Miandad argument every time! If mainstream politics is not anything like a cricket match then can we accept PTI's argument that IK being the only Pakistani captain to have led the cricket team to victory in Worldcup can also lead it to being a SUPERPOWER in next few years? :p
@Concerned: YOU ARE RIGHT.
MQM though says the right things but extortion and violence is still its main tools. Also we need to be ruled by a Pakistani not a British Citizen.
@farooq: Pls say the same thing about Quaid e Azam.
Only time Imran Khan wants to unite Pakistan when he thinks, wake up PTI , you dont act like a movie actor , be real.

@BILAL:
Compare those stats with Peshawar or K-P. Taking the population size into account, Karachi is a cakewalk in comparison.
@Farhan Khan:
I voted for PTI (NA seat) and MQM (PS seat) and I'm a Karachiite, definitely not an imaginary 'troll'. However, I must admit that I regret voting for PTI since they went from center-right to far right after the elections.
I am Pakhtoon. I can think of agreeing only if your leader has the courage to come to Pakistan, else sorry i cannot accept to be led by a foreign national issuing orders and statements via telephone.
Looks like Altaf Hussain has got himself some social media karkoons, main job duties would be to retract statements of AH, blame everything on media propaganda and lastly attack imran khan via all means personal and political
Love you Imran Khan.
@Sarmad Hassan: Can't like anymore :)
It is truly PTI vs staus quo. PTI vs PMLN, PTI vs PPP, PTI vs MQM, PTI vs JUI, PTI vs ANP. All these parties are so corrupt in their culture that they are unable to differentiate between right and wrong. Imran Khan is the true representative of the people of Pakistan (not just KPK, Lahore or Karachi). PMLN , PPP or MQM can not even win half the seats they won without the help of the guns. Voter verification proved that. Admin please post my comment.
@Anon:
My family, friends and I voted for PTI for the first time. as we wanted to give IK a chance. We have always voted for MQM as they speak for rights of urban Sindh. We are extremely disappointed with PTI for its silence on all our issues and we are voting MQM in the next elections.
I have never seen IK speaking truth. I pray Allah to guide him towards the right path.
Have you solved the issues of KPK? Are all problems resolved in KPK? After resolving all the provincial matters, he is giving attention to national issues now.
PTI media cell is again in action on social media.
Imran's politics can benefit PTI but it cannot benefit Pakistan. He is doing politics against the benefits of Pakistan. He is again inviting the dictatorship by destabilizing democracy in Pakistan.
Imran is the biggest liar in Pakistani politics. He should improve his communication skills. He should give respect to others so that he can also be respected. I hate the way he talks with arrogance.
IK is doing dirty politics. No hope from him. He is just fooling the nation.
you could not unite your house. how can you unite Pakistan?
PTI, MQM and Tahir ul Qadri are puppets of establishment. They are playing their respective roles.
I ran khan is the only politician uniting the people of Pakistan. All other politicians are busying in dividing them along ethnic-religious lines to protect their vote bank. I fear for his life now by anti Pakistan elements.
@Nikki: "” PTI wants to Unite Pakistan: Imran Khan”. . So, when is he scheduled to fly to Dhaka?
@Hammad-Punjabi: I agree. MQM is the true representative of its constituencies Doesn't matter which ethnic group you belong to. Thanks for supporting it.
Good work PTI in Sindh. Interior Sindh needs your attention on urgent basis.
"Speaking about the Kalabagh Dam, Imran stated “till all provinces don’t benefit from it, it should not be constructed.” In Punjab IK talked of consensus on Kalabagh dam in Sindh he talks of benefits.And just few days ago his party stressed the need for consensus on dam.What consensus if other provinces don't benefit.Big lol.
@ali ahmed Get a life please.
@Pakistani: I have been reading twisted statements by Khan over Kalabagh. When leaders cant take a stand openly, they make vague statements. Even a child knows that it cant be made without consensus, what we expect from Khan is to take steps for developing consensus. What steps were taken in past 6 months regarding this?
" PTI wants to Unite Pakistan: Imran Khan". Unite all politician on national issues, Pakistan will be united.
I.K. first make KPP corruption free as you promised......40 rooms and suites had occupied by unauthorised members of the ruling parties.The unauthorised persons causing huge financial losses to the assembly secretariat on account of payment of utility bills.Under the assembly rules,cabinet members including ministers ,advisers,special assistants,chief ministers and parliamentary secretaries are not entitled to stay in the hostels..as reported by dawn 5th jan.2014
Imran khan..people of urban area still remember how you treated Miadad during hyderabad test,did not allowed him to make a record
@Hasan - A Karachiite
Only MQM workers call AH as Bhai. You're exposed. LOL
Imran Khan and his party support the creation of Hazara and Saraiki province, then what's all fuss about the creation of separate province for Urdu Speakings? Then why doesn't PTI change the ethnic name of K-P (Pakhtunkhwa) into NWFP back? Why is PTI demanding the establishment of other provinces (all those provinces are based on ethnic basis). Imran Khan! stop your hypocrisy, if you do not support Urdu Speaking then you should poke your nose into this matter too.
A great politician who has the courage to apologise to his people, did PPP, MQM, PML ever apologize to pakistanis for their wrongdoings??? The only thing they do is claim themselves to be the best and self praises day and night. Salute to the true Pakistani.
Imran Khan - the PAKISTANI politician Imran Khan Zindabad
Why everyone is against new provinces? It is permissible under constitution. We need more provinces.
@ Kaleem. You can read, can you?
@hasan -a- karachite. Read http://tribune.com.pk/story/653889/karachi-2013-the-deadliest-year-of-all/ that came in today. Congrats on the way your MQM and PPP have handled your Karachi. I am sure you love this sort of attention. You wrere never a PTI supporter. So stop lieing. Admin please post my comment.
Why don't you do what you are supposed to do? Fix KP"s issues and address the militancy that starts and originates from KP. You were rejected by Sindh and so those who were voted for in Sindh matter as far as sindh's issues go.
What is Imran's clear stance on Kalabagh dam, anyone please? I am sure this guy can use his influence in KPK to calm them down, I dont why why he is hesitant on this key issue. Buck up man, People will stand behind you.
If you can think of creating other subas like Seraiki out of Punjab or Hazara out of KP, then whats wrong in thinking about another suba in Sindh
“I apologise that I neglected you, I will make amends, I will go to every district of Sindh,” he said.
Excellent show by PTI in Int Sindh.
