The Sindh United Party (SUP) has expressed its disapproval of the recent delimitation carried out by the provincial government.
The SUP demanded the government set up an independent commission for delimitation under the supervision of the provincial election commissioner. Addressing a press conference at Haider Manzil on Friday, SUP president Syed Jalal Mehmood Shah called for the deployment of army during the local government (LG) elections at all polling stations and felt that the government should not be involved in the election process. “This way, the LG elections and the general elections of 2018 will be fair and transparent.”
