When former president Pervez Musharraf took a detour to hospital on his way to court for treason hearing, the social media was abuzz with speculations about his health condition.

The former military chief complained of pain in his heart today and was immediately taken to a hospital. He is now admitted to a Coronary Care Unit for medical assistance.
