Murder case: Zulfiqar Magsi’s stepson booked

Fabian Magsi, stepson of former governor of Balochistan Magsi was booked in murder case of security guard Aziz.

KARACHI: Fabian Magsi, a stepson of the former governor of Balochistan Zulfiqar Ali Magsi, was booked on Friday in the murder case of a security guard, Asif Abdul Aziz. The deceased was performing his duty at the Nueplex cinema situated in Phase VIII DHA when he was killed by mistake by his colleague, Afsar Khan, during an altercation with Fabian and his friend Aurangzeb on the night between Thursday and Friday. “We included Fabian and his companion in the murder FIR on the request of victim’s family,” District South DIG Khalique Shaikh said. SSP investigations Faizullah Karejo said it has yet to be ascertained whether the accused persons were trying to enter the cinema without tickets.
