The newly-renovated general intensive care unit (ICU) at Lady Reading Hospital (LRH) was inaugurated on Monday.
Addressing a gathering of medical practitioners and media at LRH, Health Minister Shaukat Yousafzai said at least two men should always be present at the emergency gate to take patients to the ward.
Speaking about the doctors’ service structure, he said he has made a promise to doctors, paramedical staff and nursing staff which he will fulfil very soon. Yousafzai said the government is preparing policies regarding doctors’ security issues as well.
LRH Chief Executive Muzafaruddin Sadiq said the number of beds in the ICU have increased from six to nine and for the first time the hospital has purchased an ambulance with a ventilator facility.

The KCD is now wedding hall where all private partiess are done daily .Last week on birth of dr Basir son a dance party was arrnged today TMO arranged a party arranged Principal Qiam son Dr Fahad Qiam.Is this a college or a wedding Hall Govt take notice of it .
It is astonishing that Dr Shab Adil and Dr ALI of Ortho deptt and Dr Misri Khan Operative deptt resigned from KCD and now Dr Fazal Ghani ,Dr Dialbaz and Dr Manzer are three heads are also resigning so The Principal postpond PMDC visit due to this reason .He must learn from his previous behavior why he is destroying College .A Serious question need solution
Professor Dr Qiam wants to close College as will start his private one.More over aggressive towards other senior teachers who has not supported him when removed by previous government.we PTI doctors will not allow him to do so we young doctors are with all senior teachers and request Health Minister to take action

Th change at Ayub Medical College and in Peshawar is great step by Misinter Health and agree for change at KCD by new fair docotor to be Principal as DR Qiam has bad reputation in admissions and development funds bulit 4 kanal house how in 20 grade he has lot on money
Our Minister is doing great job and changes are visible in LHR,KMC and HMC but as mentin by Aisf KCD needs changes in Adminstration where on 9th one test for Computer Operators was done then adminstration done another of more on 16th and declear his own canididates pass .If first test was not upto mark then be cancell it and all must appear in second .Thhis shows malafide intensions of Dr Qiam to accomodate his cadididates .Sir how two tests are done kindly look into it .Or cancell all and on one day fair persons should take test.Before this in last govt Dr Qiam Principal has made appointments of Clerks violating merits and was removed He is doing same game now
It is great Step by PTI Govt We want changee at KCD where there is great unrest and tension in staff and students need immediate solution as PMDC will inspect college on 27th but Principal is not ready Why PTI may ask Principal why he started revange so

A great step indeed. I hope similar efforts are made in other cities of KP as health is not a priority in other provinces where stress is only on new buildings ( as it bears name o of the inaugurator) and not the equipment, staff and budget to run and maintain the facility.
