More promises: LRH inaugurates renovated ICU

Health Minister Yousafzai says at least 2 men should always be present at emergency gate to take patients to ward.

The newly-renovated general intensive care unit (ICU) at Lady Reading Hospital (LRH) was inaugurated on Monday.


Addressing a gathering of medical practitioners and media at LRH, Health Minister Shaukat Yousafzai said at least two men should always be present at the emergency gate to take patients to the ward.


Speaking about the doctors’ service structure, he said he has made a promise to doctors, paramedical staff and nursing staff which he will fulfil very soon. Yousafzai said the government is preparing policies regarding doctors’ security issues as well.


LRH Chief Executive Muzafaruddin Sadiq said the number of beds in the ICU have increased from six to nine and for the first time the hospital has purchased an ambulance with a ventilator facility.

The KCD is now wedding hall where all private partiess are done daily .Last week on birth of dr Basir son a dance party was arrnged today TMO arranged a party arranged Principal Qiam son Dr Fahad Qiam.Is this a college or a wedding Hall Govt take notice of it .

It is astonishing that Dr Shab Adil and Dr ALI of Ortho deptt and Dr Misri Khan Operative deptt resigned from KCD and now Dr Fazal Ghani ,Dr Dialbaz and Dr Manzer are three heads are also resigning so The Principal postpond PMDC visit due to this reason .He must learn from his previous behavior why he is destroying College .A Serious question need solution
