Found guilty: Medical store owners sentenced

A drug court sentenced owners of six medical stores till the rising of the court and imposed a total fine of Rs90,000.

KARACHI: A drug court, chaired by Sathi Ishaq, sentenced owners of six medical stores till the rising of the court and imposed a total fine of Rs90,000 in a case pertaining to keeping and selling prohibited and expired medicines.

Zafar Iqbal, Asim Ali Shah and Amir of Zafar Medical Store, Sohail Ali and Zubairuddin of Karachi Chemists and Barkat Ali of Nazimabad Medical Store were all sentenced.
