On the directive of the Punjab chief minister, 54 top position holders of matriculation annual examination-2013 from all nine education board of Punjab, were taken to Murree on a three-day study and recreational visit.

On the directive of Shahbaz Sharif, the position holders are being accorded protocol of ‘state guest’ during the visit.
District Coordination Officer (DCO) Rawalpindi Sajid Zafar Dal represented the chief minister at the guard of honor ceremony.
The position holders are from all education boards of the Punjab including Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Gujranwala, Lahore, Faisalabad, Sahiwal, Multan, Bahawalpur and DG Khan.
