Karachi violence: Target killer arrested, police claim

Police say accused was allegedly involved in killing of one inspector, three constables and 25 other men.

RAWALPINDI: The Rawalpindi police on Tuesday claimed to have arrested a suspected target killer who was allegedly involved in numerous murders in Karachi. The police said that on a tip off, a raid was conducted in the Chungi Number 22 area and the alleged target killer - Muhammad Iqbal - was arrested. The police said the accused was allegedly involved in the killing of one inspector, three constables and 25 other men in the jurisdiction of Pirabad Police Station in Karachi.
