A division bench of the Lahore High Court on Tuesday ordered the police to interrogate former chief minister Dost Muhammad Khosa and others over the alleged kidnap and murder of actress Sapna Khan – Khosa’s ex-wife   and report to the court in the first week of January.

Crimes Investigation Agency SP (Organised Crime) Umar Virk, who heads the investigation team in the case, told the court on Tuesday that he had summoned the former chief minister and two other accused for questioning on December 14.

The petitioner, Sapna Khan’s father Missal Khan, has accused Khosa and “his henchmen” Muhammad Fahim Amjad, Sajjad Ahmad, Shahir Dawood Butt, Rana Tanveer, Javaid Yaseen and Shahid of kidnapping and killing his daughter in June 2010.
