New era: PAS elects new executive council, office bearers

The AGM also marked the end of the two-year tenure of the current council and office bearers.

The Pakistan Advertisers Society (PAS) held its 16th Annual General Body Meeting (AGM) on December 6, 2013 in Karachi.


The meeting was attended by all the major advertisers of the country. During the meeting, important issues concerning the industry were discussed and the agenda for 2014 was proposed to the members.

The AGM also marked the end of the two-year tenure of the current council and office bearers.

Johnson & Johnson Country Manager Shabeeh A Ikram was elected as the chairman of the society. Amir Paracha, vice president-sales for Unilever Pakistan, and Khurram Masood Koraishy, general manager of sales and marketing for Tapal Tea Limited, were elected as vice chairman and general secretary respectively.
