Use black mushrooms to add an earthy kick to the dish. The rich, smoky delight of the mushrooms paired with the lightness of the macaroni will leave your taste buds wanting more!
Ingredients:
Method
Put one cup of water in a saucepan and let it boil. Add the sliced black mushrooms to it and let them boil for five minutes or until they become soft. Take the mushrooms out and save the remaining water (it will be nearly half a cup). In a wok, add three tablespoons of oil and mushrooms and sauté them for two minutes. Add onions and sauté for another minute. Scoop them out in a plate. In the same wok, add two tablespoons of oil, garlic paste and red chilli flakes. Fry them for a minute or two. Add salt, the remaining water from boiling mushrooms and soy sauce to them. Let the mixture simmer for 30 seconds. Next, add the boiled macaroni and stir fried mushrooms and onions to it. Toss well. Enjoy!
